The Texas Watershed Steward (TWS) program is proud to announce the availability of a new online training course! If you are unable to attend one of our many workshops across the state, you can still benefit from all of the information simply by viewing our materials online.
There are two ways to do this: you can view the materials as a guest user, or you can enroll in the course to receive a certificate of completion (this also requires completion of a quick pre-test and post-test).
To view the TWS online course as a guest user (NOT FOR SCHOOL OR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT), go to the following website: http://learnonline.agrilife.org/. Once there, you may create a new account. After you are logged into your new account, type “Texas Watershed Stewardship Online Course” in the search box at the bottom, center of the webpage. By clicking search, two courses will come up in the search results. Select the one entitled “Texas Watershed Stewardship Online Course” if NO certificate of completion is needed. Selecting this course will provide the uses access to the course materials, but not do so for credit. NOTE: THE GUEST USER TWS ONLINE COURSE IS NOT FOR-CREDIT. If you do need a certificate of completion, see the instructions below.
IF YOU NEED A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AT THE END OF THE TWS COURSE, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE “TEXAS WATERSHED STEWARDSHIP FOR-CREDIT COURSE.” To access the TWS For-Credit course, use the instructions found at the bottom of this webpage (which contains your course Enrollment Key). You will also need to open the following link: http://learnonline.agrilife.org/. Using the instructions found at the bottom of this webpage, and by opening the linked webpage, you can access the TWS For-Credit online course. Please note that CEUs are only offered at our in-person workshops.
